Laura Castello Beaulieu is the owner and Transition Coach at Change Over Constant, LLC. A Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor in Massachusetts and a nationwide Transition Coach, she specializes in transition readiness and planning for young adults who have barriers to success due to difficulties with mental health challenges and/or neurodiverse profiles.

She also supports undergraduate and graduate students in identifying and navigating what it takes to achieve their academic goals. Laura has held positions at the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, McLean Hospital’s Adolescent DBT program and continues to be an Adjunct Faculty member for the Rehabilitation Counseling graduate program at Assumption University in Worcester, MA. Her expertise is in preparing young adults who don't feel ready for the challenges of adulthood and the demands of modern society to live a life aligned with who they are.

In her spare time, you will find Laura on an adventure with her family, indulging in creative writing and dreaming of new hands-on projects to tackle. As a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer she is often finding ways to serve her local and global community.

Laura draws from a wide range of disciplines including rehabilitation and mental health counseling, executive functioning and neurodivergent support, life coaching and vocational guidance that allow her to create a more personalized support system to help you reach your goals.
