College Coaching & Gap Year Planning

Determine attainable short- and long-term academic goals that compliment the individual's abilities, interests and strengths.
Build a 6-12 month action plan that begins with school identification and continues through to application submission, decision and transition.
Motivate individual to make an empowered choice for their future while working on a thoughtful transition plan to succeed in their next academic step.

Vocational Guidance Through Job Exploration

Review work history, barriers to employment, and executive function skills to determine appropriate vocational strategy and goals.
Design a plan to explore opportunities, generate customized resumes and cover letters, and provide skills through mock interview practice.
Provide young adults with professional job coaching and the necessary auxiliary support to ensure they are able to maintain competitive employment.
